How to Apply for Competitions, Research Paper Submission, Awards, Sponsorship, and Stall Booking
Welcome to ICAIH 2027 – International Conference on Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare. The website provides separate forms for competitions, research paper submissions, award nominations, sponsorship enquiries, and stall/exhibitor bookings. Research paper submission is free of cost. Please read the instructions below before submitting any form.
1. Competition Application Guidelines
Use this form if you want to participate in any ICAIH 2027 pre-conference competition. Submission deadline: 12 October 2027.
Steps to Apply
- Go to the website header menu and click Competition.
- Select Pre-Conference Competitions Application Form.
- Fill in your personal details such as name, email ID, mobile number, WhatsApp number, and city/state.
- Enter your institution or organization details.
- Select your participant category, such as School Student, UG Student, PG Student, Medical Student, Research Scholar, Faculty, Startup/Innovator, or Other.
- Choose the competition category: AI in Healthcare Innovation Challenge, Research Paper / Poster Presentation Competition, Healthcare Case Study Challenge, or Ideathon – Healthcare 2035.
- Select whether you are participating as an Individual or as a Team.
- Enter your topic or theme area, short description, and expected healthcare impact.
- Read and accept the declaration statements.
- Enter the applicant or team leader name, date, and typed signature, then click Submit Competition Application.

2. Research Paper Submission Guidelines
Use this form if you want to submit a research paper, poster, case study, review paper, innovation project, or startup solution for ICAIH 2027. Submission is completely free. Deadline: 12 October 2027.

- Select the applicant category, presentation type, and conference theme or topic area.

3. International Awards Nomination Guidelines
Use this form if you want to apply for or nominate someone for an ICAIH 2027 International Award.
Steps to Submit an Award Nomination

- Select ICAIH 2027 International Awards Nomination Form.
- Fill in nominee details such as name, email ID, mobile number, country, and LinkedIn profile or website.
- Enter professional or organization details and select the appropriate award category.
- Write a short biography, key achievements, research publications, patents, previous awards, and award justification if applicable.
- Select the supporting documents you will send by email.
- Read and accept the declaration, enter applicant name, date, and typed signature, then click Submit Award Nomination.

4. Sponsorship Guidelines
Use this section if your company, hospital, institution, startup, or organization wants to sponsor ICAIH 2027.
- Go to the website header menu and click Sponsorship.
- Review the available sponsorship categories and benefits.
- Click Become a Sponsor and fill in company name, contact person, email ID, phone number, and sponsorship tier.
- The selected sponsor fee will be displayed automatically after choosing the tier.
- Add specific requirements in the message box if needed.
- Use the payment option or QR code if you want to proceed with sponsor payment, then click Submit Sponsor Inquiry.

5. Stall / Exhibitor Booking Guidelines
Use the dedicated Stall Booking option if you want to book a stall, pavilion, or exhibitor space at ICAIH 2027.
- Go to the website header menu and click Sponsorship.
- Click Book Stall Space.
- Fill in company name, contact person name, email ID, and phone number.
- Open the Stall / Exhibitor Tier dropdown and select Premium Exhibitor, Standard Exhibitor, or Standard Pavilion.
- Add stall-related requirements such as space, branding, or product display details.
- Use the payment option or QR code if required, then click Submit Sponsor Inquiry.
